Axis Business Academy Inc. was established in December 2003 with the
mission of offering quality education incorporating basic skills training
with the necessary cutting edge computer training to displaced workers
affected by the closing of many garment industries and other assembly
factories in the El Paso area. Foreseeing that many of these workers
lacked the necessary education and skills to start all over again in a
different job market, with little or no computer skills whatsoever, we
began offering courses that integrate basic skills with the much needed
computer skills so that these people would have a chance to succeed in
our changing and demanding job market environment. We at Axis
Business Academy Inc. understand our changing economy and the need
for skilled workforce furthermore we are continually improving our
approach to education and training adding more on demand vocational
training courses. Assessing the needs of the El Paso area, we began
operations offering the courses “Office Technology Specialist” and
“Office Technology Assistant in combination with ESL (English as a
Second Language) and/or GED instruction”. Axis Business Academy Inc.
is locally owned and operated the CEO Sergio Hurtado has extensive
experience in the El Paso industry and the CFO Eduardo Estrada has
extensive experience in the vocational education industry and together
they share the vision, and strive for excellence for the El Paso
Community.
